Auction Registration & Bidding Rules

We host weekly auctions on our website every Friday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST).
To participate you must be 18 years of age or older and agree to all Terms & Conditions. You must register and sign into your store account to place bids. Registration is free.
All auction sales are final and sold "as-is." Bidders are responsible for performing all necessary research and due diligence as outlined in our Terms and Conditions prior to bidding. We do not offer refunds, cancellations, exchanges, or accept returns.
We charge a flat-rate non-refundable buyer's premium fee of $2.50, which will be applied to the entire order at the time of checkout for all auction lots won to cover payment processing/operational charges.
We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, PayPal.
Bidding Rules
- If bidding is still in progress once lots start to close at 7 p.m. EST, the administrator will extend bidding in two-minute increments until all bidding stops and a final winner can be declared.
- We allow proxy bidding. This allows you to enter the maximum price you are willing to pay for an auction item and the system will automatically place incremental bids on your behalf up to that amount if you are outbid to keep you in the lead.
- You must complete checkout and purchase all auction items within 48 hours of the auction closing. If payment is not received the items will be forfeited and items in the shopping cart will be cancelled. Please note this is an irreversible action which cannot be undone.

If you need to delay payment, we offer in-house layaway or you may qualify for Affirm, a third-party service with which we are not directly affiliated. To check out our in-house layaway program see details here. Any auction product ineligible for layaway will be stated as such within the item's product description.

- We operate with integrity and aim to provide a fair bidding platform. We carefully monitor for any signs of auction fraud or manipulative practices. We reserve the right to ban and deactivate the account of any bidder who engages in these acts, or that repeatedly win lots but do not complete the checkout process.
Shipping of Auction Items
- Auction and non-auction items can be purchased together at the time of checkout. We offer free domestic shipping anywhere within the U.S. including the territories and AFO/DPO/FPO if merchandise totals over $50, excluding taxes and fees.
- If the free-shipping limit is not met, shipping charges will be the responsibility of the buyer. We offer flat-rate shipping fees which will be calculated at the time of checkout based on the total weight of all items. Express Delivery is also available at a surplus charge. - Upon receipt of payment, all items will be shipped and you will receive tracking details. You can expect delivery within 3-5 business days upon receipt of the package by the shipping carrier. Please be advised holidays and inclement weather could delay delivery.
- For luxury auction items and orders over $100 we require a confirmation signature the package was received. An authorized person 18 years of age or older must be available to sign and accept the package.
- To avoid shipping related issues, please ensure you confirm that the shipping address and details are correct prior to completing your purchase, and your property will be accessible by the shipping carrier during the timeframe of delivery stated within the tracking details.
