Effective 2/1/2026 -- By using this store website and purchasing from KB Goods LLC d.b.a. KB Goods Thrift & Liquidation, you acknowledge and agree to all the following: 

• You must be 18 years of age or older to make purchases or participate in auctions on this website.  Although rare, you understand this website could contain some adult, mature, or sexually suggestive content or wellness products. 

• You understand that all products are considered liquidated or pre-owned/secondhand, even if stated as new.  

• All sales are final and all merchandise is sold “as-is.”  Due to the liquidated or pre-owned nature of our merchandise, we do not accept returns, offer exchanges, or refunds. 

• Merchandise for sale or auction may be defective, damaged, untested, or non-functional. Merchandise may contain flaws, not limited to, minor or major cosmetic defects, damaged packaging, missing parts or packaging, scratches, dents, spots, blemishes, stains, unpleasant odors, cracks or chips, crazing on ceramics, tarnishing, etc.   

• We do not provide guarantees, warranties, or guarantee manufacturer warranties. You understand that the condition and functionality of all products may not be able to be fully tested to verify its functionality or useability (i.e., new items sealed or unsealed in packaging, inaccessible or missing parts, etc.).    

• We do not test jewelry, precious stones, or any other materials.  We make every effort to inspect and verify the authenticity of all merchandise. However, if a product’s actual branding/maker, composition, or material cannot be completely verified, we will only provide a generic description/title.   We will only describe products based on known information from sources such as previous owner/ merchant records, receipts, other forms of paperwork, hallmarks, and manufacturer/origin marks. 

• We may not launder, sanitize, dry clean, or clean all merchandise.  Upon purchase, all pre-owned, second-hand, and vintage items should be inspected and thoroughly cleaned as appropriate.

• You agree to read and view all product descriptions including images prior to purchase.  You agree to perform due diligence in researching any additional information needed to ensure all merchandise being purchased will be to your satisfaction and fit your exact needs and preferences (i.e., color, shape, measurements, etc.)  

• You agree to hold KB Goods LLC d.b.a. KB Goods Thrift & Liquidation harmless for the use or misuse of any product purchased.  You agree to inspect and ensure all merchandise is safe prior to use (i.e., electronics, electrical cords/components, etc.).  You acknowledge and agree that before purchasing any type of health and beauty or consumable products, medical or mobility devices and equipment, test kits, over-the-counter medications or supplements, you have ensured it is safe for consumption, use, and are medically cleared for use by a licensed health care provider or other qualified professional. 

•  You understand we are not directly affiliated with any brands/manufacturers. We are not able to provide written letters or any form of authorization to resell or redistribute products on third-party platforms.
