Shipping Policy & Rates

Shipping Options & Delivery Timeframes

We ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL.  We choose the shipping carrier based on package weight, dimensions, and product type.  You can expect to receive your package within 3-4 business days once in the possession of the shipping carrier.  Expedited shipping within 1-2 business days is available for an additional cost.  

 

Free Shipping 

We provide free domestic shipping anywhere within the U.S. including the territories and APO/FPO/DPO on orders over $50, excluding taxes and fees. 


Flat-rate Shipping Rates

For orders $50 and under, we charge a flat-rate shipping fee based on the total weight of all items to be shipped up to 50 pounds.  The weight of all items will automatically be  determined upon checkout.  In rare instances all items combined weigh over 50 pounds, shipping fees will be determined based on customer location.  Current standard flat-rate shipping rates by weight:

 



Expedited Shipping

Expedited shipping within 1-2 business days is available.  We do not provide flat-rate or free shipping on expedited orders.  Customers can opt-out of free shipping, if the order qualified, and choose expedited shipping.  Expedited shipping rates can be calculated at the time of checkout, and will be based on delivery location and total weight of all items to be shipped.

 

We do not ship any orders on major U.S. holidays or weekends, with the exception of occasional Saturdays, if the selected shipping carrier's service is available in our service area.

 

Partial Fulfillment Shipping

Depending upon the type of products to be shipped and weight thresholds, we may separate an order into multiple packages for shipment.  If this is required, we will send an email notification along with the tracking details for each shipment.

 

Shipping Fee Disclaimer 

Although we are striving to keep shipping rates affordable, our shipping fees are based on third-party delivery carrier rates (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.) and handling charges, which are subject to change and we may have to periodically update our shipping fees accordingly.

 

Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 days of be received.  We do not ship orders on major U.S. holidays as shipping carrier services may be unavailable.  Be advised, holidays, areas with civil unrest, and inclement weather could result in unexpected shipping and delivery delays.

 

Order Tracking

After a shipping label has been created, you will receive a courtesy email notification along with tracking details to follow the whereabouts of your package. 

 

Cancelling or Modifying an Order

Once an order is placed, we do not provide cancellations.  We do not modify orders to either add or remove items after checkout.  To purchase additional items, you must start a new order.  We are also unable to update the shipping address after the order is placed and do not provide any exceptions to prevent potential fraud and scams.  We highly recommend ensuring all desired or unwanted merchandise is added or removed from your shopping cart and verify that all shipping information is accurate prior to checkout. 


Package Delivery Issues

In the rare instance tracking details show your package has been delivered but it was not received, you must outreach to the carrier service (i.e., USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL) that delivered the package for further information.  If expecting a small size package, be sure to check the mailbox before contacting the carrier.
