Refund and return policy

Due to the nature of our merchandise, all sales are final.  All merchandise is sold "as-is."  We do not accept returns, offer exchanges, or issue refunds besides for the exceptions listed below.  To purchase from our website, you must agree to all Terms & Conditions.  The buyer/bidder is responsible to carefully review all product details and perform any necessary research prior to making a purchase or bidding. 

 

We will be happy to try providing any additional information or assistance needed prior to making your purchase if something is missing or unclear in the product description listing by outreaching to us via our online chat feature, inquiry form, or contacting us at support@shopkbgoods.com.  We will do our best to respond within 24-48 hours of your request.

 

Exceptions

In the rare instance the wrong item is received or missing due to our error or a product's condition varies drastically from the description and photos, we will either issue a refund back to the payment method used, give an in-store credit if unable to return the funds back through the original form of payment, or ship the correct item free of charge.  

 

To avoid these incidences, we photograph all orders prior to packaging and shipping, and use this to help resolve any claims.  If any of these occur, you must notify us within 72 hours of the package tracking delivery date via our chat feature, inquiry form, or email us at support@shopkbgoods.com.

 

 

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Items

We are not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen merchandise once in the possession of the shipping carrier. 

 

All packages are generally insured for lost or damaged items up to a certain amount through the third-party shipping carriers we use (i.e., USPS, Fed Ex, UPS, etc.).  If this occurs, you must outreach to the shipping carrier directly for information on how to file a claim. Refer to your tracking details for the carrier's contact information and support options.  

 

Your satisfaction is important to us.  We will provide assistance with the process if additional support is needed by filling out the inquiry form or contacting us at support@shopkbgoods.com.

 

 

Returned Items

If the shipping carrier returns your package back to us due to being undeliverable, we will work with you to re-ship the order once received.  Note, it could take several weeks or longer before we receive the package.  However, the buyer/bidder will be responsible for all re-shipping charges and any related fees.  We do not provide free shipping on any returned orders.

 

If you do not choose re-shipment of your order, we will consider issuing a partial or full in-store credit at our discretion based on the reason and circumstances the package was undeliverable.  Please complete the inquiry form or contact us at support@shopkbgoods.com to set up reshipment or to request a credit.


To avoid returns, please confirm the shipping address is correct prior to completing your purchase.  Please ensure the shipping location is accessible and that you or an authorized person 18 years of age or older are available to accept and sign for packages, if required.
